To whom it may concern: Steve Dummer was hired to perform the duties of DJ at my daughter Sarah's wedding in November last year (2008). His instructions were to keep the noise level to a low level, in the early part of the evening, in order that the guests could hear themselves speak. This was achieved and without doubt every one of the guests appreciated it. As the night went on Steve's instructions were to play the type of music that is guarenteed to fill the dance floor. I hired Steve Dee's disco for my daughter's wedding reception. I asked for the disco to be tailored to meet our needs i.e. to create a background ambience as our guests arrived, then to provide dance music once the guests had a chance to chat and re-acquaint themselves. The DJ was able to accommodate our requirements exactly as we asked for. A great night was had by all and when the evening came to an end there were many people disappointed that they couldn't carry on dancing for longer. The music provided catered for the wide range of guests and the DJ was willing to engage with the crowd by taking requests etc. We were given a good sound and light show toghether with a competitive price. Steve did the disco for our wedding at Whipsnade zoo this summer. I gave him a list of songs and artists to play to get the feel of exactly what we wanted and he got it spot on.
